Port Everglades Parking
They were efficient checking us in and getting us to the port for our cruise. When we returned from the cruise they were right there to take us to our car. Have used them several times a nd will use them again because of their good service.

i have always used this place to keep my car when i fly out from FLL. Nothing like what happened today has ever happened to me before... and that is why i will still give him 4 stars and give them the benefit of the doubt...
I dropped off my car on friday, april 14th around 5:30pm went off to my destination, at peace as usual when i leave my car at US1 Airport Parking. Today, Monday, April 17, when i arrived and took a shuttle back to the parking around 6:17am hoping it was a quick and smooth as always, things turned otherwise.
I could not find my ticket, so i told him get everyone with ticket since those are faster to locate. Mind you, the same driver that picks up is the same one giving and bringing cars out to customers... (two people should be doing this...) Then, he started to look for my car keys by last name, pulled the keys from the bag with my name, and went to get "my car", and he pulled a car, just not my car. i told him that was no my car and he looked perplexed because it was the keys that were under my name. Jawn (employee) went the extra mile and searched everywhere to try to figure out .... After 30 min of looking in all cabinets, we were able to locate my keys which were under someone else's name. A big shoutout to JAWN, because it was not his fault keys were mistakenly put away, but yet he kept the composure to help me get my car after a long and tiring red eye flight...

I have parked here multiple times now and have always had great service. Plan ahead based on your flight because their shuttles to the airport are every half hour, but otherwise no issues. And even if you are late, taking an Uber from there shouldn't cost too much. They are very prompt at pickup time as well and the car is brought out up front so you can get back home quickly.

Absolutely the best choice for me. I have used others and regretted it sorely, having a vehicle stolen off the others lot while I was gone. These guys may not be the least expensive in the area but they have someone watching the area round the clock. My vehicle was there when I got back and they picked my up promptly and it was ready to go. No doubt about it the best choice for me.

Great Location and Reasonable Price. This was our first time to use this parking location. We read reviews and found them somewhat mixed, but decided to use the facility anyway. We were very pleased. The staff was helpful and polite. There had been a problem with one of the vans causing some delays, but even then, the staff did all they could to help each customer, even driving them over in their car. Drop off and pick up were both very easy. One note... it is an uncovered outside parking lot.

Although the site was not well marked and therefore difficult to find, the service was excellent. Upon our return we were picked up quickly and helped with our many bags. I would definitely recommend US1 for long term parking at the Fort Lauderdale Airport and the price was excellent.

All personnel were courteous, professional and helpful. However, the wait times for pickup at the parking lot and from the port terminals clearly indicate the need for more shuttles. I think wait times can be greatly reduced. However, I am not sure the size of the property can support the additional costs of more shuttles. The price was excellent and I will consider this property in the future, as we are frequent cruisers, but will probably adjust my times for pickup.

We dropped off our car and were taken immediately to the airport. When we came back, we waited maybe 10 minutes and the van came to pick us up. Our car was waiting and had been washed!!! Great service. We have made another reservation and used the code to get 10% off but I don't think it registered. How do I find out?

Amazingly enough, it looks like a one man operation, he would receive the car, load up the shuttle and drive us to the airport!
not sure how it works, I barely had no waiting time when I called to get picked up and it was still the whole operation handle by one person,

The parking experience and prices were good. My only issue was upon our return, I called for pickup, but the person I spoke with could not tell me where to met the shuttle. Had it not been for a helpful cruise terminal employee my wife and I would have been unable to locate the area for the shuttle pick-up

The service was fast, the checking was easy and the attendants were kind and helpful. I did not wait to much for the shuttle to the airport, but I waited around 40 minutes to be picked up returning to the parking.
I recommend the service because its a good option in price and service. Definitively I will use it again.

Great experience checking in and getting to airport, but rude man on phone when asked to be picked up. A bit of a delay also but rain did not help. Rudeness uncalled for. Too bad! Drivers were very nice both ways.

This was the easiest parking experience I have ever had at Ft. Lauderdale. You pull into the lot, check in at the desk, and grab the shuttle to the airport. We had NO problems finding it, and when we returned from our trip, a simple phone call and the shuttle was there. When we got back to the lot, our car had been pulled up and we hopped in. Valet experience was wonderful. We'll definately use them again.

Good price for one week. They guys working are very nice, quick to handle and help with your luggage. The shuttle van was a little beat up, little a/c to the back seats. The place can look sketchy, since you conduct business in a trailer, but really, had no issues, lot is big and we chose self parking over valet parking. When I came back since I self park and did not valet I did have to go out in the lot and search for my car, since the gentlemen that parked it didn't tell me where he parked it. I did notice those that did valet parking, had their cars waiting for them. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future. Just take these little things into mind. Can't beat the price.

The ease of using this property was awesome. I had difficulties finding it but the gentleman who answered the phone was patient when I had to call him 2 x as I don't know my way around there. Being picked up with in 5 minutes of getting my bag was great also. I was back in the Keys by 1:45 with a few stops. WORKEDOUT Great and thanks for your service..

Fair Experience. The drop off was somewhat disappointing. I arrived at 5:45am. The lot was deserted except for other customers. When an attendant finally arrived it took 30 minutes to check in. One person could not handle the requirements of 4 customers expeditiously. It took 45 minutes to board the shuttle bus. On my return the pick was very good and efficient

Excellent choice. This was the best priced parking option. The staff were friendly and efficient. I was told to call when I got off the plane and they would send a shuttle. I called when I exited the airport, and a shuttle was there to pick me up within 5 mins. When we arrived at the lot, my car was already waiting for me with the key in the ignition. Most painless parking experience ever. I would definitely park here again - this is the kind of company that deserves our business.

It was a little unsettling when I got to the office to drop off my car and it was dubious that they knew what they were doing. However, when I called to tell me I had gotten my luggage, they were able to find my reservation and my car. The gentleman who picked us up was courteous and although he was working alone on a sunday night, he got to us and got us to our vehicle quickly. This site does not allow me to rate them with 4 full stars, which is what I give them.
